Verlene oversees the ministry's resources with a focus on integrity and transparency. She views financial management as a form of stewardship, ensuring that every contribution is used effectively to support our mission and provide a stable foundation for the It Is God community.
Wilmer serves as the operational anchor of the ministry. As COO, she translates the vision of It Is God into actionable strategy, overseeing the daily health of our fellowship. She ensures that our mission remains consistent and our doors remain open, stepping into executive leadership in the CEO's absence to maintain the continuity of our work.
Petra provides essential support to our administrative core, ensuring that the details of our ministry never stand in the way of our mission. Her work allows our leadership team to remain focused on the community, maintaining the organized, welcoming environment our fellowship relies on.
Tamar is dedicated to the clarity and accuracy of our shared message. She ensures that every word we publish — from teaching materials to community updates — aligns with our core values and the Word of God, making the profound truths of our faith accessible to everyone.
Karlon ensures that the message of the Gospel is never limited by geography. By managing our digital infrastructure and technological outreach, he creates the pathways that allow our fellowship to connect, stream, and grow, regardless of where our community members are on their journey.
Valerie is the architect of our fellowship's atmosphere. Her role is to remove the “noise” and distractions that can get in the way of a spiritual experience. By overseeing the comfort and flow of our gatherings, Valerie ensures that the environment of It Is God remains a peaceful, non-judgmental sanctuary where you can focus entirely on the Word.
Christine focuses on the power of first impressions. Understanding that entering a new spiritual space can be daunting, she ensures that every person who walks through our doors — or joins us online — is met with genuine warmth and clarity. She is dedicated to making sure you are seen, acknowledged, and welcomed without hesitation.
Pamela specializes in the transition from guest to community member. She acts as a bridge, helping individuals find their footing within the fellowship.
